Agile Project management is one of the industries dominating methodology for project management in IT. It is an incremental and iterative way to manage the build and design activities for constructing an IT product, services, and project development in manner which is highly interactive and flexible. In this methodology, scope is defined in granularity that is appropriate with time horizon and checked with the agreement on each feature with the customer. In this methodology work steps are divided with feature breakdown structures. In order to track the progress of the project progress charts are used instead of Gantt charts. PMBOK recommends suggests employing quality planning, assurance and control for quality implementation of the project. In simple terms it is necessary to produce a quality product that the projects are being run with quality. That is why experts of the fields believe that quality of project guarantees the quality of end-product (Windmà ¼ller, 2013). Agile Quality Control and Assurance Quality control is the method of implementing the plans which are planned via quality assurance to demonstrate quality in a product. In a traditional PM, managers would produce a quality plan first. While on the other hand Agile manager are not bound to make such plans as the Agile process itself guarantees the quality control and assurance. Agile creates a quality product by using a combination of a couple of practices i.e. Agile Project Execution and Agile Project Monitoring and Control (Duncan, PEERCY,2012).
